Income Analysis of Okky Bekry’s Home Industry Chocolate Bread in Muhajrin Subdistrict, Central Ternate District

Abstract

The Okky Bakery industry is a bakery industry that has consistent production capacity every month. The aim of this research is to analyze the income of the chocolate bread business in the Okky Bakeri Home Industry, Muhajrin Village, Central District. This research uses a descriptive quantitative analysis method, namely analyzing the costs, receipts and income of the Okky Bakery home industry. The results of the research show that the production costs used for 1 month to produce chocolate bread at Home Industry Okky Bakery amounted to IDR 15,415,884, revenue IDR 33,000,000 and income IDR. 17,584,116.
