Pemberdayaan Ekonomi dan Kepemimpinan Santri melalui Program Podcastpreneurship Berbasis Digital di Pesantren As-Salafiyyah Asy-Syafi'iyyah

Transformasi digital pesantren membuka peluang strategis untuk mengarahkan pemanfaatan teknologi menuju aktivitas yang produktif, kreatif, edukatif, dan bernilai ekonomi. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas kewirausahaan digital santri melalui podcastpreneurship, memperkuat kepemimpinan santri dalam ruang publik digital, serta membangun ekosistem media produktif di Pesantren As-Salafiyyah Asy-Syafi'iyyah. Kegiatan melibatkan 20 santri berusia 17–25 tahun dengan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang dilaksanakan melalui enam pertemuan dengan total 20 jam pelajaran. Tahapan program mencakup Focus Group Discussion (FGD), sosialisasi, pelatihan produksi podcast, editing audio, penyusunan konten, manajemen podcastpreneurship, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, penilaian kinerja, angket respons peserta, catatan pendampingan, dan dokumentasi luaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas peserta dalam produksi podcast, pengembangan konten dakwah-edukatif, serta pengelolaan media digital. Program juga menghasilkan produk podcast, rancangan unit media digital santri, struktur pengelola, dan rencana pengembangan usaha media digital. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan memberikan pengalaman praktis dalam produksi dan pengelolaan podcast serta memperkuat kesiapan santri untuk berpartisipasi secara produktif di ruang digital. Pengembangan unit media dan aktivitas ekonomi digital selanjutnya diarahkan sebagai strategi keberlanjutan program.
