PROCURATIO: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis is committed to maintaining a transparent and consistent publication fee policy. The fees outlined below support the editorial, production, and digital publication processes of accepted manuscripts. This policy applies to manuscripts submitted from January 2026 onward.

Important Payment Notice

The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Payment must be completed before typesetting and final publication production begin. Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance; all manuscripts remain subject to the journal's editorial assessment and peer-review process.

01. No Waiver or Discount Policy

PROCURATIO: Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis does not provide full or partial APC waivers, discounts, exemptions, or reductions. This policy applies equally to all authors, regardless of nationality, country of residence, institutional affiliation, funding status, or personal financial circumstances. All authors are subject to the same publication fee policy.

03. What Does the APC Cover?

The APC contributes to the operational costs associated with processing and publishing accepted manuscripts, including:

✓ Editorial Handling and Peer-Review Management
Administrative coordination of editorial evaluation and the peer-review workflow.
✓ Language Editing and Proofreading
Language refinement, copyediting, and proofreading as applicable to the publication workflow.
✓ Typesetting and Page Layout
Preparation and formatting of accepted articles according to the journal's publication layout.
✓ Digital Publication and Archiving
Online publication and long-term digital preservation of published articles.

04. Payment Procedure and Author Responsibility

Step 1 — Submission

At submission, the corresponding author must confirm their understanding of the APC policy and accept responsibility for payment if the manuscript is accepted.

Step 2 — Formal Acceptance

After formal acceptance, the corresponding author receives an official notification and payment instructions from the journal.

Step 3 — APC Payment

The APC must be paid in full before typesetting and final publication production commence.

Step 4 — Proof of Payment

The corresponding author is responsible for completing the payment and providing proof of payment when requested by the editorial office. If multiple corresponding authors are listed, one must be designated as the primary contact for journal communications and payment arrangements.

05. No-Refund Policy

All APC payments are non-refundable once payment has been completed. By proceeding with payment, the corresponding author acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
