SCIENTIA: Journal of Multi-Disciplinary Science is committed to maintaining a transparent, consistent, and clearly communicated publication fee policy. The fees outlined below support the editorial, production, and digital publication processes for accepted manuscripts. This policy applies to manuscripts submitted from January 2026 onward.

Important Payment Notice

The APC is charged only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. Payment must be completed before typesetting and final publication production begin. Payment of an APC does not guarantee acceptance. All manuscripts remain subject to the journal's editorial assessment and peer-review process, and editorial decisions are independent of payment.

2. No Waiver or Discount Policy

SCIENTIA: Journal of Multi-Disciplinary Science does not offer full or partial APC waivers, discounts, exemptions, or fee reductions. This policy applies equally to all authors, regardless of nationality, country of residence, institutional affiliation, funding status, or personal financial circumstances. All authors are subject to the same publication fee policy.

3. Bank Account Details

Authors should pay the APC only after receiving official payment instructions from the journal. The following bank details are provided for payment reference. Authors must verify the account information against the official instructions issued by the editorial office before making a transfer.

4. What Does the APC Cover?

The APC contributes to the operational costs associated with processing and publishing accepted manuscripts. These costs may include the following services, as applicable to the journal's publication workflow:

✓ Editorial Handling and Peer-Review Management

Administrative coordination of editorial evaluation, reviewer invitations, review reports, and the peer-review workflow.

✓ Language Editing and Proofreading

Language refinement, copyediting, and proofreading, as applicable to the publication workflow.

✓ Typesetting and Page Layout

Preparation and formatting of accepted articles according to the journal's publication layout and presentation standards.

✓ Digital Publication and Archiving

Online publication, digital content management, and preservation activities in accordance with the journal's available archiving arrangements.

5. Payment Procedure and Author Responsibilities

Step 1 — Initial Submission

At submission, the corresponding author is expected to review the APC policy and acknowledge responsibility for payment if the manuscript is formally accepted for publication.

Step 2 — Formal Acceptance

After formal acceptance, the corresponding author receives an official acceptance notification and payment instructions from the journal.

Step 3 — APC Payment

The APC must be paid in full before typesetting and final publication production begin.

Step 4 — Proof of Payment

The corresponding author must retain the payment receipt and provide proof of payment to the editorial office when requested. If multiple corresponding authors are listed, one must be designated as the primary contact for journal communications and payment arrangements.

6. No-Refund Policy

All APC payments are non-refundable once payment has been completed. By proceeding with payment, the corresponding author acknowledges and agrees to this policy, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
