Authorship Criteria

SCIENTIA: Journal of Multi-Disciplinary Science is committed to ensuring fair, transparent, and responsible authorship practices. Authorship must reflect genuine scholarly contributions to the research and manuscript, in accordance with accepted standards of research integrity and publication ethics.

To qualify for authorship, each author must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Substantial Scholarly Contribution

The author must have made a substantial contribution to the conception or design of the study; the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of research data; or another essential aspect of the research that significantly contributes to the scholarly work.

2. Writing or Critical Revision

The author must have participated in drafting the manuscript or critically revising it for important intellectual content. Contributions limited to language editing, proofreading, or general administrative assistance alone do not qualify an individual for authorship.

3. Approval of the Final Manuscript

The author must review and approve the final version of the manuscript before submission or publication, including any revisions for which author approval is required.

4. Accountability and Research Integrity

The author must agree to be accountable for their own contributions and to help ensure that questions concerning the accuracy, integrity, or reliability of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

Authorship Transparency and Responsibility

All individuals who meet the authorship criteria should be listed as authors, while those whose contributions do not meet these criteria should be acknowledged appropriately, with their permission. Activities such as funding acquisition, supervision, data collection, or access to research facilities do not, by themselves, automatically qualify an individual for authorship.

The corresponding author is responsible for coordinating communication with the journal, ensuring that all listed authors have approved the submitted manuscript, and confirming that the author list and contribution statements are accurate and agreed upon by all authors.

All authors are expected to disclose their individual contributions honestly and comply with the journal's publication ethics policies. Any changes to the authorship or author order after submission must be justified, agreed upon by all affected authors, and approved by the journal in accordance with its editorial procedures.
