Volume 2, Number 1 of the 2023 journal presents a multidisciplinary collection of studies that explore issues in law, security, and local resource development in both national and international contexts. The legal and security topics include the strategic deployment of reserve forces in the Russia–Ukraine war, the intersection of administrative and criminal law in handling corruption cases, and efforts to strengthen the Indonesian National Police’s role in combating cybercrime. In the area of local resource development, the articles examine the potential of Haruan fish as a regional food source in Central Kalimantan and the factors influencing farmers’ choices of rice seeds in Halmahera Tengah. Together, these articles provide an integrated perspective on current challenges in governance, security, and sustainable development.
